The care you want — never pressured, always done right
We approach oral care as a refined craft—where clinical mastery converges with an appreciation for simplicity and esthetics. Every treatment is thoughtfully designed for those who value both enduring health and a beautiful smile.
We offer a full range of general dentistry and work closely with reputable specialists when necessary. We take pride in using high-quality materials, choosing those without additives or dyes when possible. Our goal is to streamline the dental process, not waste your time with unnecessary or inefficient appointments, and never recommend anything that we wouldn’t recommend to a family member.
Our Services
-
Exams & Cleanings
Comprehensive dental exams evaluate oral health, detect signs of decay, gum disease, bite issues, and oral cancer. Regular cleanings remove plaque and tartar, polish tooth surfaces, and help prevent periodontal disease and cavities. Our goal is to get ahead of larger problems and prevent patients from requiring more dentistry.
Radiographs
Dental x-rays provide detailed images of teeth, roots, jawbones, and developing structures. Radiographs reveal hidden decay, bone loss, impacted teeth, and other conditions not visible in the mouth. We follow guidelines to keep exposure “As Low As Reasonably Allowable,” which means we customize your radiograph schedule according to your risk level, not automatically every 6 months.
Fluoride & Alternatives
Professional fluoride treatments strengthen enamel by promoting remineralization, reducing sensitivity, and lowering the risk of cavities. Applied as a varnish, fluoride is especially effective for children, adolescents, and patients with elevated caries risk. We know there is controversy over this topic; we will listen to your wishes and can discuss alternatives.
Sealants
Dental sealants are thin protective coatings that seal grooves of molars and premolars to block bacteria and food particles. Sealants significantly reduce the incidence of pit-and-fissure decay, particularly in children and teenagers. Well-placed sealants can prevent decay for a lifetime.
-
First Dental Home Exams
We perform an initial comprehensive visit to establish a child’s dental home. This includes risk assessment, oral health education for parents, development of a preventive care plan, and baseline dental screening to detect early issues. We recommend children be seen by their first birthday to establish a healthy relationship with the dentist.
Cleanings
Our pediatric cleanings are focused on child comfort and education. We work up to professional removal of plaque, tartar, and surface stains as needed to prevent cavities and maintain gum health.
Decay Management
In primary teeth, options to treat decay range from monitor, filling, crown, to extract. Our goal is to do as little as possible and never put a child through unnecessary treatment. As a mom, Dr. Latteri knows these can be hard decisions, so she makes sure you are informed and empowered to make the right decision for your family.
Space Maintenance
Placement of an appliance to preserve the space left by a prematurely lost, or missing, primary tooth, can reduce the need for more extensive orthodontic treatment in the future. These appliances are non-invasive, painless, and removed once the permanent tooth erupts.
-
Composite Bonding
Subtle or transformative changes can be made with additive bonding. Results are natural-looking and minimally invasive, making composite bonding an excellent option for enhancing your smile quickly and affordably.
Veneers
Prepless, minimally prepped, or traditional veneers are used to achieve complete smile transformations. Depending on tooth alignment and shape, we will decide which type is right to give you a beautiful and functional smile that will last.
Clear Aligners
Comprehensive orthodontic treatment can be achieved with clear aligners. This option offers a more esthetic and comfortable option than traditional braces. Aligning teeth transforms the smile, while idealizing occlusion which will improve the longevity of existing dental work and reduce wear of natural teeth.
Whitening
Professional grade whitening materials used with custom trays delivers dramatic and long-lasting results. Over-the-counter options can brighten and remove stains, but professional bleaching actually penetrates the inner portion of the teeth changing the color intrinsically.
Icon Resin Infiltration
Icon resin infiltration is a minimally invasive treatment that improves the appearance of post-ortho white spots, flourosis, and tooth discoloration. No drill or anesthesia is used. The material gently infused into the porous enamel, blending discoloration and strengthening the tooth surface.
-
Fillings
Decayed or chipped teeth often require fillings. We use high quality tooth-colored filling materials that don’t leak microplastics into your mouth. We keep tooth preparation minimal and use high quality desensitizing and bonding agents with meticulous technique to give fillings the longest lifespan possible.
Inlays and Onlays
When decay or missing tooth structure is too large to be restored with a filling, an inlay or onlay can serve as a conservative alternative. Inlays and onlays are bonded indirect restorations that strengthens tooth integrity, while conserving as much tooth structure as possible.
Crowns
Full coverage crowns can be the best option when minimal healthy tooth structure remains or a crack is present. We discuss options for crown materials and always strive to keep preparation conservative to keep complication risk minimal. We use a top-of-the-line intraoral scanner, quality temporary crown material, and only the best labs. We never cut corners in the crown process, and we never overprescribe.
Root canals
If a tooth’s nerve is irreversibly damaged, necrotic, or infected root canal therapy is indicated. During the procedure we remove the nerve and fill the space with biocompatible materials, and we do everything to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. We work closely with specialists for more difficult cases.
-
Implant Restorations
We work with reputable oral surgeons to complete the implant process by fabricating and delivering a custom abutment and crown that looks and functions like a natural tooth.
Partials
We offer several different types of partials, and we discuss pros and cons of each before beginning the process. Partials can replace one or several teeth and can be a great, cost-effective way to achieve a full smile.
Dentures
Full dentures provide tooth replacement for an edentulous arch, restoring facial support, speech, and function. Crafted to fit the contours of your mouth, our dentures are high quality and can be integrated with implants for increased retention.
